Johanna Mason. She just seems awesome even if she comes off kind of mean. At the end you just feel sorry for her when you realize that she became so tough because she has no one left to love.

President Coin. I hate her for being so controlling and anti-fun. I also hate her for being a rebellion leader who is exactly like the person she’s trying to overthrow. Actually, she’s even worse because at least President Snow is honest about his intentions.
